When you use our free permit-check tool, we collect your project details (project type, size, address) to generate your free audit. When you buy a Filing Kit, we also collect your email address and payment information.
Payment is processed entirely by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV.
How we use it
We use your project details to generate your audit and, if purchased, your Filing Kit. We use your email to deliver the kit and to send you occasional updates about your project (which you can unsubscribe from at any time).
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it with marketing partners. We don’t use it to retarget you with ads.
Cookies
We use basic analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful and which aren’t. You can opt out through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us through this form. We comply with GDPR and CCPA.
